Service may also be available in nearby Greater Victoria communities depending on the exact location, travel time, type of vehicle, and requested work.

Mobile Working-Area Requirements

Mobile service requires a safe, level, reasonably accessible, and private working area. A residential driveway or suitable private commercial property is usually preferred.

The customer is responsible for confirming that vehicle repairs are permitted at the service location.

Location Approval Before Booking

Please provide the complete service location when requesting an appointment. Photographs of the driveway or working area may be requested when access, surface condition, available space, or property restrictions are uncertain.

An appointment may need to be relocated or rescheduled if the location is unsafe, prohibited, too narrow, severely sloped, or otherwise unsuitable for the requested work.

Services That May Require a Repair Shop

Some repairs cannot be safely or properly completed as a mobile service. Work requiring specialized equipment may need to be completed at an appropriate repair facility or dealership.

Examples may include:

• Repairs requiring a vehicle hoist
• Wheel alignments
• Welding or exhaust fabrication
• Tire mounting and balancing
• Air-conditioning refrigerant recovery or recharging
• Machining or specialized hydraulic equipment
• Certain programming and dealership-level procedures

Vehicles and Services Not Currently Accepted

Bro's Mechanic Shop does not currently provide service for diesel vehicles, heavy-duty trucks, recreational vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, or commercial heavy equipment.

Acceptance may also depend on the vehicle's age, design, condition, modification level, and the equipment required for the requested repair.

Areas Outside the Regular Service Region

Regular mobile service is not currently provided in Sooke, the Malahat area, Cowichan Bay, Duncan, or communities outside the Greater Victoria service region.

Service boundaries and availability may change depending on the appointment schedule and travel requirements.
