The vehicle must be parked on a private working area, such as a driveway or private property. Repairs cannot be performed on public roads or in most public parking lots and parkades.

Diesel vehicles and heavy-duty trucks are not currently serviced. Please provide the vehicle`s year, make, model, and engine type when requesting an appointment.

Customer-supplied parts may be installed for some repairs. However, warranty coverage does not apply to parts supplied by the customer, and additional labour may be required if the parts are incorrect or defective.

Payment can be made by e-transfer, credit card, or debit card. A prepayment may be required for special-order parts or when the customer will not be present at the appointment.

Parts supplied by Bro`s Mechanic Shop may be covered by the applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty, subject to their terms, conditions, and approval. Manufacturer or supplier warranty coverage may not include diagnostic time, labour, travel, fluids, or other related costs. Customer-supplied parts are not covered by Bro's Mechanic Shop, and labour required to remove or replace them will be charged separately.
